Acknowledgements

I would like to thank Simon Pearce Sensei for his unwavering commitment to teaching aikido in Brunswick for over 22 years, as well as his help in creating (and appearing in) these aikido cards. Simon displays a deep understanding of aikido technique and is truly dedicated to the art of peace – and not breaking me on the mat when I receive for him.

My appreciation for support in photography & technical aspects of technique, thanks goes to Joe Costa, Hugo Lewis & Fabrizio Pastori - all excellent aikidoka from Brunswick and Clifton Hill dojo.
